Hello everyone - this is a very special blog entry, as I gather that one of our bloggers, Happy Larry, wants to introduce a friend of his who is going to be contributing a regular 'travelblog' of his own, in the Bear Tales section. I'll let Larry tell you all about it very soon - keep on checking the site so that you can meet a very well-travelled little fellow who wants to tell you all about his adventures, and hear about yours as well! Hi all you teddy lovers! I'm Happy Larry and I share my hug with many wonderful bears. One of them, in particular, is an interesting little fellow calledTruffle, who's recently been bitten by the travel bug - ever since his trip to Iceland really. It means he now takes every opportunity of jumping into our owner's handbag if he thinks there's a chance he'll end up somewhere interesting. For instance, last weekend he found himself on a steam train sitting in the hands of the train manager! His owners had booked to go on an Italian Evening dinner on the train. He was so impressed that he's been in raptures about it ever since and hopes to stowaway on many more trips in the future. McBear, in his wisdom(?), has invited him to become a regular travelblogger for this site - which is a jolly good thing cos then at least we won't be the only ones getting earache from him! He does tend to go on a bit about his adventures you know, so I just hope McBear doesn't live to regret this invitation!!
